Lumia 625 dead and not coming to live even after soft & hard reboot

Hi,

I was charging Lumia 625 via car charging point while travelling in my car, but as car stopped due to slow speed, i need to turn on my car and since then Lumia 625 stopped working.

I did try soft/hard boot but of no result.
Also tried windows phone recovery tool but of no result again.

Please suggest if there is some impact on motherboard or any other hardware/software component.

I will appreciate if you can suggest of much it would cost a repair.

Have you left it plugged in for maybe an hour to a known working cable, wall plug, and outlet?
