why is bbm for windows taking time

since the last update to bbm on windows, it has stop working, displays only setting up bbm and stays there for ages and its been almost a month now, i need answers

You are not alone...I have the same problem. Since last update, I haven't been able to use the app! What a heck!

I was just about to start a thread on this issue. I have come to notice that it works without cellular data. Take your SIM out, uninstall then re install using wifi. It works just fine. But as soon as you put your SIM back in...BOOM! it returns to the SETTING UP page.

Hmm.. I'll not getting that issue at all.. Oh I'm running BBM Beta btw.

I have the same problem even on my 930 sometimes. I think it is the problem with the app itself.
