Why won't my Lumia 630 turn on?

why won't lumia 630 turn on?

my nokia has been switched off for some time now because I have had a new phone. but my new phone has to go in for repairs and I need to use the Lumia until it is fixed. when I turn on the Lumia, it vibrates and the windows sign comes up. then nokia comes up on the screen and then turns back off again. then repeats the process over and over again. I NEED a phone for work. please help me!!

hiya, this is my post.
I have done this to my phone and done it a couple of times now. each time I have done it, it hasn't worked and it keeps going back to how I explained it in my question.
