Not all Windows 8.1 Phones can upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile and the Lumia 630 is one of those which CANNOT be upgraded.

Lumia 630 can be upgraded only through Insider (Release Preview Ring) but even Insider may not show rings and builds now.

It's that a good idea? Lumia 630 have only 512mb ram .Someone have experience with that?

My son has a 630 DS and he used the Insider app Release Preview ring to install Windows 10 in May 2016 then opted for Production Ring.
At present his phone is on 10586.494 and he has no problems.Battery life is good too .

How do I update 630 to W10 via insider again, I been on W10 and I just reset my phone, and it is again on 8.1 and with Insider I don't get any W10 updates now, what Insider program should I choose?

Microsoft pulled 10586 (Threshold) from the Insider Program around the end of July. It is no longer available. You can only upgrade to 14393 (Redstone) now, and your phone is not eligible for that, sorry.

Unfortunately Insider rings are for Redstone builds now,and 630 is not eligible for Redstone , just like jeffchapik said.So 630 is stuck with 10586.494 or 8.1

Okey, but how to update to 10586 again, is there a way? Why did I reset the phone...

The only way is to hack the registry to make it look like a supported device. And then you will get 14393. There is no way to get 10586 again.
