How do I connect my Nokia Lumia 630 to the pc equipped with windows xp?

As I wrote in the title. I want to connect my Lumia 630 to my PC, but unfortunately at the moment I only have my father's PC equipped with the Windows XP SP3 operating system. Do I have hopes? Are there any drivers I need to download to connect blessed devices? Thanks in advance

Seems like there WERE solutions out there, BUT they have been removed or moved. Most likely MS is no longer supporting your device. For SURE they are no longer supporting XP.
