Lumia 635 and visual voicemail on at&t

At&t is telling me they can't get the visual voicemail top work on the 635. Is anyone able to get this to work? If so, how?

mine works fine. AT&T in north Carolina.

The tab for visual voicemail wasn't there when I first opened the phone app. I dialed a voicemail phone number, and then after closing the phone app and reopening, the visual voicemail tab was there.

Yep, works for my mom...have them try again, make sure the LTE is on the plan...maybe try another phone like the 920, it will do visual voicemail...I had AT&T add my mom's phone as a 920 when she had a 520, and she had visual voicemail on that then

Did you guys have to do anything besides inputting password
