Every time I get on Internet Explorer pr Maxxthon Browser everytime I go to Phoneareana or PC Mag it gives me a low memory error

Free up some space.
Delete some apps, delete photos, delete temporary files in Storage Sense.
Or you can buy a MicroSD card and move some apps and content onto it.
