Performace comparison

Is any data available on performance differences between devices like the 635 with a 1.2G quad core Processor and 512 ram compared to a phone such as my HTC 8XT with a 1.4G dual core processor and 1G ram?

Just wondering if the better processor can make up for the lack of ram?

I am also curious about performance degradation as the 8G storage fills up? Will the lack of available storage effect system performance or not?

My 635 runs pretty much the same as my old 920 used to. As far as storage goes it has a sd card slot so storage is not an issue. The phone can be purchased for $50 or less. My thoughts are buy it, try it, return it if you don't like it. This **** phone works so well I can't justify getting rid of it and buying something better.
