how to open a webpage created by myself

as it's extension is ____.html . it is easily opened in laptop.
same file is not recognised in nokia lumia 635

If you are planning on developing websites, then you may want to invest the time to build a web server. It can be an old PC you have laying around, or you can run in a VM. It can be Windows based or a very lightweight Linux server installation. You don't have to put it out on the internet, you can just access it through your WiFi. There are tutorials that can get you started.

I generally like the tech site arstechnica, and they ran a DIY web server series a while back, if you want to read up on what will be involved.
