I upgraded my Lumia 635 to windows 10 and it failed. What should I do?

I upgraded my Lumia 635 to windows 10 and it failed.

now it keeps restarting and goes to the spinning gears and restarts again.

Get the Lumia Phone recovery tool. plug phone into PC and press volume up and power button at the same time so the phone can be discovered and it can download the latest firmware for your phone. If the phone battery is low press power and volume up button to reset the phone then when it powers on press volume up and down button at the same time to let the phone charge for a bit.

I had that problem the first time!
Let the phone get discharged! Plug it in the PC with recovery tool! Download 8.1 and in the exact moment you plug your phone install 8.1! Then Download 10 with the phone plugged in again! Enjoy!
