Last night I recorded a lecture on my phone at university, because it was mostly a tour of an old house, I couldn't really write notes. Half way through I ran out of space on my SD card, so I switched to my phone battery, and recorded two video's that way.

The first two video's do not play. they don't even show up on my phone. The third one does, and it plays. the first two I managed to find when I connected my phone to my laptop, but they will not open. I have tried them on Groove Music, Windows Movie Maker and Windows Media Player. They are definitely the video's, and are in an mp4 format. Whenever I try to open them the message is a variant of 'not supported'.

My phone is a Lumia 635, and I used the standard Lumia Camera. I have never had this issue before.

I was wondering if anyone know what the issue might be, and most importantly if there is a way of getting the files to work again.
