lumia 720 - strange problem

Today after resetting my phone (hardware reset) when i drag my finger top to down on screen it is not showing any battery icon, network icon, wi-fi, etc. which is really frustrating to me. So guys can you please help me out on this.

Today after resetting my phone (hardware reset )- lumia 720 when i drag my finger top to down on screen it is not showing any battery icon, network icon, wi-fi, etc. which is really frustrating to me. So guys can you please help me out on this.

I'm not sure this helps but it sounds similar to a problem I had with my phone, it turned out that the upper part of my screen (like a 1/4 inch) was unresponsive. You can test this in an app that shows a trace of your swipes (the trial of the game Flight Control should work.)

The bad news is that if this is the case it is a hardware problem, though it should be covered by your warranty.

actually i think this is not a hardware problem as when notification appears i swipe it from left to right which works fine

What happen when you tab on that area with your finger?

guys...i am want to buy red lumia 720..but many said that color will fade out fastly..is it true????????

I own a red color for around 3 months and it is not fading at out. It shines out differently among all the phones available in market.
