I bought Lumia 720 three weeks back... once it got stuck and eventually it went to a total black out. Finally i had to hard reset my phone. Now am facing some sort of stucking problem (image attached). I am worried about what to do? whenever i approch Nokia care they says it will b resolved once new update come. any idea guys ?
