my lumia 720 is charged till yesterday night. but mobile is totaly off. Pressing the power and volume down buttons, but it not start , what can i do

Does ANYTHING happen when you plug in the charger? Does it show that it's charging?

Also, you might want to make the topic of threads you create a bit more illuminating. You are posting in the Nokia Lumia 720 thread, so calling your topic "nokia lumia 720" doesn't really give us any additional information regarding what you are posting about. "Phone not charging" or "Phone won't turn on" would be better topic titles in this case.
