Reseting my phone

I recently reset my Nokia Lumia 720 as it was getting slow and the other storage was filling up. After I reset it I downloaded all my apps and connected to my home WiFi with no problem but it wont let me make calls send texts and when I go to mobile network it says no network found . Can someone tell me what's wrong.
