When texting or entering URLs in browser and in alll scenarios of entering text, it is very difficult to add/modify text due to unavailability of left/right/top/down arrow keys as on a computer keyboard.

It would be great if MS considers this and includes in future releases.

Isn't tap-and-hold method easy enough to move the caret?
Personally, I prefer it over pressing an arrow multiple times to reach a letter or word. :)

I think the tap and hold method offers better control than direction keys.

just tap and hold til you see a cursor, then move it where you want to edit.
