Losing the haptic feedback on the front keys for the second time

So the haptic feedback just disappeared again on my Lumia 720. It's that vibration when you touch either back, Start or Bing (search). The first time happened when Nokia Care Center returned the same device upon a different problem. I tried tweeting NokiaHelps on Twitter but they told me to do the soft reset, which I have done tons of times already. Can anyone help? From the Philippines

Yeah, that's one of the suicidal options. But too risky.
