Right SIde earphone stop working

Now its starts happening frequently after i bought a new ear phone.
Right side of my earphone stop working at any random moment and after that i have to restart my handset to make it work again.
I have the same problem with my previous hand set and also have tried some of my friends earphone to, but problem remain the same.

Can u guys suggest any solution.

If this is a big problem for you and you don't get any other advice, I think you should do a hard reset, but that will delete all data on your phone

I have hard rested my several times not for this particular problem, but still the problem persist.
