nokia lumia 720 probs and nokia care service

my nokia lumia 720 had a problem recently in which its lock button was not working than the nokia care people repaired it
but when i came home i was shoked to see volume down not working that also they got it repaired
but after that my flashlight didnt work,charging didnt work and all of sudden the phone became dead
i have given it to nokia care but in past 2 days i hv had to go to nokia care as much as 3 times
shudnt i get a replacement for the poor servicing done by them and they dnt even give spare phone to use
please help ppl
