    I have Lumia 720 - Product Code 059S0V1 (RM-885 GLOBAL BLACK SWAP).

It seems that the latest firmware available for this product is 1030.6409.1311.0001 and OS version 8.0.10211.204. I downloaded Nokia Software Update 4.0 for Retailer and it does not recognize any newer version for this device.

I search various forums and sites on the Internet and indeed it seems that this specific Product Code (059S0V1) has no further updates.

Can you please advise how I can overcome this problem and update my phone to the latest Lumia Black OS?

    Thanks

p.s .. and to answer the question before it is asked, Phone Update says that my phone is up-to-date.

if u can't find anything, just go to Nokia Care. they will get it updated in few minutes. free if ur handset is still in warranty.

Try to flash another ROM from another country which has the black firmware. Just search for the product code of your desired country, and make sure that the firmware version 3xxx.xxxxxx.xxxx.xxxx ( as long as it is 3. Above and not 1)

I agree with what Shreyansh said. Take it to a Nokia care centre.
