Black patches on my screen

Hello there,

Recently i dropped down my Nokia Lumia 720 and its glass got broken. The thing is later after two days i get to see some black patches on some part of the broken area. Does that mean the display of my lcd has gone ?? My phone is perfectly working except the crack and black patches.. Can anyone please help me out with letting me know whether my display is gone or not!

If black patches are appearing on the display, your display is dying a slow death. Get its affairs in order, may want to contact next of kin, and arrange for replacement and burial services.

thats absolutely correct. it's dying a slow death. black patches mean ink spilled (that's what they call it here).
that simply means ur screen is few day's guest.
