720 problems

I have a 6 month old lumia 720 running windows 8. there is about 1.3gb of space currently unused yet my phone seems to have numerous problems.

1) the search button automatically opens multiple times without my finger even near the button. i hear multiple vibrations (buzzes two or three times) signalling the launch of bing search.
2) apps automatically close
3) while using some apps, they freeze and bing search randomly opens
4) whole phone shuts down at random intervals
5) apps retreat to their multi tab/view all open apps screen via the back button which also launches automatically.
6) the back button closes apps randomly
7) home screen stalls when i press the windows key. screen turns black and does not go back to normal until I lock the phone and reopen it.
8) screen dims to black when making calls, limiting my access to in call services, both on my carrier service( normal calls) and on viber.

What can i do to help solve this problem,

Your phone is still under warranty. You can visit nokia care and probably they would replace the screen panel. The issues you mentioned in this thread are the ones faced by my friend. His phone was repaired by nokia care in India.

is nokia care available world wide? im in australia plus how long does the whole process take?

I would tried a hard reset if it was me and see what it will do. The Nokia Care centres is available world wide. Have a look at this link for Australia Nokia Care Direct - Nokia - Australia

curious, having the same issues with mine... ;/ Is nokia care the only way?
