8.1 Cyan. Stable for a while after initial update problems.
Listening to podacst on treadmill, unplug headphones. Screen and buttons unresponsive. Plugging in headphones resumes playback, but no other indication of life whatsoever.
Attempted soft resets led to numerous BSOD/sad smiley screens.
First hard reset (no backup) failed as the phone automatically went into soft reset whenever the screen timed out, then unresponsive screen after restart.
Second hard reset (with backup) did the same initially, but now seems to be finally back up to speed.
Any ideas on causes, or how to prevent something like this again?
