ringtone issue

I own a L720 and all of a sudden the ringtones and sounds stopped working on the device. Did a soft & hard reset as well.. Updated to Cyan but still no no joy. Music does not play as well, no notification sounds or alerts or alarms..

Device has not been physically damaged. any help guys !!!

This seems like a speaker issue on your phone. You did what you could to yourself. Best would be now to take the phone in to a Nokia Repair centre.

Did u try using Headphones to listen? Does your phone dont even produce any sounds on any output?
