Can anyone help me with my update because my Lumia 720 is stuck at the WP8 Initial?

Lumia 720 stuck at WP8 Initial, Need help with update!

So finally, I received my handset from Nokia Service Center after about 2 months.
The handset is working fine but I am not able to UPDATE anything.
Extras + Info :-
Version : 1.7.0.173
Model name : RM-885_eu_euro1
Operator name : 000-GB
Config ID : 158531
Label : 1030.6409.1311.10151

about :
OS Version : 8.0.10211.204
Firmware : 1030.6409.1311.0001
Hardware : 1.0.0.0

As opposed to what I have read on the internet that "extras+info" would show Lumia Black, Lumia Amber or Lumia Cyan, mine doesn't show anything but "Nokia enhancements".
When I purchased the phone i.e. on 2nd Nov, 2013 ; it used to show "Lumia Black".
I had to sent it for repair as the touch was not working, unfortunately they changed the whole thing and sent me a totally new looking set but the software doesn't seem to be what I see posted, listed, uploaded online.

Note 1 : Tried HARD RESET, NSU, Recovery Retail, no updates on either phone or these applications. Stuck at the same firmware.

What is wrong ?
What can I do ?
Any ideas ?

Flash it to your country variant ROM. Which country are you from?

CV Black as in the color of my handset right ?
And the product code change that you suggested, you sure it is the right thing to do and won't void my warranty ?

Well warranty gets void the moment you cross flash your firmware to a different variant. As long as you know how to revert back to the original firmware you should be fine. If you don't then flash to the latest firmware for your variant only

I could however, flash it to the Indian firmware and then get the Nokia Care Pack for an year as my current warranty is upto 2nd Nov, 2014.

Well in that case it's better to flash it to the Indian firmware
