Lumia 720 hardware buttons not working

Hi,

I am having this problem for a while now, but today it got worse:
- Volume rocker not working. Sometime Volume Up works if I 'roll' over the keys, but Volume Down doesn't respond to anything (so I can't soft reset).
- Since today, Power Button not working. It doesn't respond to anything. I can't even lock my screen (I wait for the time-out) and I have to unlock by double tapping. I cannot shut down or restart my phone and it is really frustrating.

I cannot go to a 'Nokia Care' store, since we don't have that in Belgium. Does anyone have a solution. Again: the Volume Down + Power Button to soft reset is not working. Hard Reset doesn't resolve the problem, it is definitely a hardware thing.
