I was so tired with this issue, my phone still frozen after my reset and did not happen anything after I restart the screen remains frozen does not respond when I touch I beg solution to this.

We may need more details. What do you exactly mean by "frozen"? Can you switch your phone on? Also, what did you mean by "reset"? - hard reset? soft reset?

If you meant that your phone is turned on but does not respond to your touch, then you could try reinstalling the OS using the Lumia Software Recovery Tool. This should address and software-level problem.

If that doesn't work, then it appears that something at the hardware level went wrong with the screen of your phone and may need attention from an authorized service center.
