Why am I unable to update my Lumia 720 from Windows 10 preview build to 10512?

unable to update my lumia 720 from window 10 preview build to 10512

my phone showing three updates 10512,10514, n 10536 at once nd phone is showing 0% status after 1 hr on wifi

Its a common issue. Happened to me on almost every build. U have to be patient. Either wait it out and it would eventually be completed or you can be a little adventurous and do a soft reset. I have done it both ways. The waiting part takes time and i have even waited for over 1 day for the install to be completed. The soft reset is a quicker solution but i doubt if its a safe thing to do so when a download is in progress. I never had any issue though and you can try it at your own riskgood luck.

ok thanks... i tried even firm software reset via window recovery tool ,..it also jammed...showing checking compatibility files...so i try the longest way or might i l hard reset my phone

Go for a hard reset. Wrt will flash your phone to wp8 and you will have to upgrade to 8.1 denim before you can download the wm10 preview build. On the other hand, if u hard reset, atleast you will still be on 8.1 and then you can directly upgrade to the latest wm10 build. Latter is the better and shorter way according to me. Give it a try

After downloading all 100% phone was again stuck at installing updates n at 3% it failed again.. Now my phone memory is filled up..now have hard reset or any other option
?????

phone unable to hard reset ... at middle it shows :-( and again restarts setting gears window again

Yes same problem with me. I am on build 10512. When I try to upgrade from build 10512 to 10536. After update download complete in 6-7-8% of installation process it will failed install the update and show error(0x800705b4) everytime when I try to update.
I try everything soft reset, hard reset but still I can't be able to upgradable to 10536.
are you face same problem?
anyone know the solution? (without using PC)
