Dead Boot Lumia 720

Hi,
I'm new here, and I don't now if there are any other post about this, but I am really crazy about my phone.
A few weeks ago, when using Win 10 preview version, a sadly face appears in a blue screen.
I install the original Win 8.1.
I think I made it, because I was already setting the time and all other things in Win 8.1, on my Lumia 720.
Suddently, it goes off, and never turn on again. Don't charge, no lights, anything. I tried hard and soft reset, also de WDRT, but nothing happen!

Is there something, or someone who can help-me ?

Check battery with a voltmeter, maybe is a falty old battery, hoping not the eprom mobo

Right now, I don't have a voltmeter, but when I have a change I'll try and say something!
Sorry for my ignorance, but what is the eprom mobo, and how would I know it's that is causing the problem ?
