Lumia 730 speaker make tiny noise when playing music at high volume

Was the phone working fine before? Did it start to make tiny noise recently?

Same in my L730 also it's give some kind of vibration on back cover. Gives some jarring noise..maybe speakerphone is not stronger than sound output of mobile.
