735 - Windows 10 - No Cortana Voice

This Morning i installed Windows 10 on my Nokia 735.

It seems to be working fine apart from Cortana.... It has lost its Voice.

You can ask any question you want and some off the time it used to SAY the answer, but not anymore.

It still comes up with the information on the screen, but with no voice at all.

Can you tell me how to get it back?

I have the same issue with my Nokia 1020. I did see an option to download a speech pack, but it is stuck in queue. Unable to progress with the download, so i cannot be certain. Hopefully it works with you.

I believe speech is under settings -> system -> speech.

Cortana's gone very US-only.
Issue is described on the Insider website.
You could try all the usual region changes etc, but there's some posts suggesting they make no difference.
Might have to wait for MS to let her loose outside the US (and, being MS, you may be waiting a ling time).
