I am on Consumer Cellular network and was wondering if a Verizon branded 735 windows phone would work on their network.

    No...

Verizon has had a limited and specific to their network radio installed in the Vzw branded 735.

    It would not be suitable.

The RM-1039 variant of 735 would work for you, but it appears to be quite a bit more than the Vzw model costs.

Have you ever looked at B&H Photo's website? They are an excellent source of Factory Unlocked Windows Phones... Radio frequencies are always listed in the spec sheets there.

It all depends on if your Consumer Cellular is on ATT or T-Mo towers, but most phones they carry will match.
