lumia 730 changes?

yesterday while showing lumia 950xl it was told that it supports glance.... regardless that it has OLED.
lumia 730 has OLED but it does not...
will it support OLED in windows 10?
and it has an IR sensor (if i am not wrong) will lumia 730 support windows hello....??
and OTG??

It is more than the display type. The display must have a separate controller which if the phone didn't ship with glance, it doesn't. So No glance.

No Hello - requires new hardware only on new phones.

OTG is unlikely. But we cannot write that off as a remote possibility.
