Is Lumia 735 a good upgrade from Lumia 1320?

Planning to buy a new Lumia and I'm on a tight budget. I know there are some flaws on Lumia 735 for not having a glance screen. But I would like to know if besides the flaw, it is still worth to get than a Lumia 640.

please the option only being between 735 and 640. My priority is a better camera and still a budget phone. Let's compare some features of these phones to my 1320. Users of these 3 phones are more warmly welcome.

Got my mum a 735 and have to say I love the design, probably even more so than my 1020 and now 1520. Camera is also pretty good. The newer chipset should make it a good upgrade from a 1320, and especially on win10. Does seem like there are some very good prices on the 640 though and apart from a nicer design the 735 is pretty similar, so might depend what sort of deal you can find.

What's your apriority? Microsoft or any other players... What's most imp for you .... Because new players like MI r introducing win10 mobile.. Do a research of such brands also because they also support continuum.. N den buy.. Else if u can wait den 650 ? Can also be a game changer.. ..

The 735 is slightly better than the 640, so I recommend that over it.

Lumia 735:
1) Better camera (front and back)
2) Sleek design
3) Amoled screen (this is subjective)
4) Wireless charging

Lumia 640:
1) Cheaper than the 730
2) Glance screen
3) Comes with a newer firmware (Update 2) and because it's a newer Microsoft device it may get better support
4) IPS LCD screen (this is subjective too)

I have used both of 640 and 735. I recommend the 735 over 640 without doubt. 735 can be compared to 640XL, not 640 Here is why:
735 has 316PPI, 640 has 294PPI (not so remarkable difference though)
735 has exactly better material quality than 640 (I don't talk about even OLED screen, which makes 735 look like a Samsung Galaxy S6 a bit lol, also NOKIA Lumias have better material quality than Microsoft Lumias)
735: AMOLED, 640: IPS LCD (I personally like 735's AMOLED screen)
735 has 6.7MP ZEISS rear and 5MP front camera, 640 has 8MP rear and 0.9MP front camera (I personally like ZEISS one and of course 5MP front camera)
735 has wireless charging support
735: Nano-Sim, 640: Micro-Sim
By the way 640 has 5" screen, that's why 640's battery mAh is higher. But 640 is a newer device, also Microsoft brand looks cool Let's not forget the glance screen of 640!
Note: 8.1 Update 2 is upgradable for both devices officially, also for 830~ And Windows 10 Mobile upgrade will be available for 535, 640(and XL), 735 and 830 eariler than older devices

I've both 730 and 640 and I like 730 more.

730:
Better camera (both)
Better screen (I like AMOLED)
Much better looking
You're getting 735 so there'll be wireless charging!

640:
Cheap! Almost same internals.

I've already got the 735 yesterday! Thanks for all the input! Something bad happened though, now I fixed it today. (I would make a new thread about my story)
