My Phone memory is full. How can I remove non use applications & files from phone memory ?

Swipe left from the start screen to see your apps. Find apps you don't use, press and hold to bring up the menu and select "Uninstall". Also open your photos and music apps to remove any songs and photos you don't want or need to free up more space.

You could remove Bing Food & Travel, photobeamer, health and fitness, app social, Lumia beamer as they are discontinued and if still issue persists, I suggest you perform a backup and hard reset and start anew or restore backup.
