problem after micro sd card failure

I bought a samsung 32gb micro sd card from ebay, installed it on the phone, then successfully moved over the apps to the sd card.
Soon thereafter the card wasnt being recognised by the phone so I took it out and made investigation- finding out that it is likely the micro sd card I had purchased was a fake substandard one.
After this I had the wish to uninstall from the phone, the apps that had nhzf been put on the sd card by myself. I the hoped to reinstall them onto the phone's built-in memory.
However I found the tiles of some apps now appeared blank and not uninstallable
Please can anyone advise is there a way to uninstall these tiles or would I need to do a hard reset perhaps which latter option of course is if possible preferably avoided as I feel I would lose all my phone contacts that I typed in laboriously - and of course other data who knows.

To the phone the apps are still on the SD card.
since the phone no longer sees the card the only way out is a reset or WDRT
