removing my microsoft user account from my Lumia 735

I have a Lumia 735 Windows phone which has Windows 10 installed on it and my Microsoft account is activated for one drive, Windows store, and whatever else.
I would like to give this phone to a friend but I would like to remove my Microsoft account so that he can log in with his Microsoft account when he gets one.
Please does anyone know how I can do this?

just do a factory restore before giving/selling your device, then he can sign into is account...
