I'd say...maybe. I'm hugely happy with mine and it's a clear upgrade over my old Mozart, but I did get mine free and it does still have a few issues to iron out. The camera fix can't come soon enough, and though I've been OK there are some battery woes. I have also had two black screen lock-ups where the phone is still on but the display off. Only way out was a soft reset.
That said...all the Nokia apps are top class, and it's arguably worth it for a free, global sat nav alone. And the hardware is lovely.
If you want a phone that feels as high-end as an iPhone but running WP7, and you can live with a few post launch issues and an AMOLED display (not everyone likes them) you won't regret it.
