app highlights not working

app higlights cannot be updated after i updated my lumia 800 from navifirm to 7.8

Cannot open app highlights..it says i have to update and when i try to update, it says it's not possible.. why is it? can anyone help me? thanks..

App highlights has been updated to app social beta. Maybe it is not available in your region?
