can't update

hi, i connected my lumia 800 to my computer to update with Zune. the phone updates to step 6 and than it should turn it self back on but nothing. any ideas?

i always turn it on myself after nothing happens and i waited about hour

Not a 7.x user but assuming the update was complete, here's what I'd do in the order

Remove the phone from pc, reconnect and open zune to see if anything is being picked up

try plugging in the phone in wall charger, press power button once, if doesnt do anything then hold the power button for maybe 5-8 secs.

Alternatively try doing a soft reset. (Volume down + power on windows 8)
