Nokia lumia 800 worst phone ever, now frozen after 5 hour update with stupid zune.

Why does this ridiculous zune take 5 hours to update nokia lumia 800. Now it is frozen and is about to be destroyed with a hammer. I have taken zune off my desk top for fear it may damage that. What do i do now Please?

Not sure what the connection is for updating between the zune software and your phone, but you should be able to restart your phone by holding down the power + volume up (or something like that) buttons for like 10 seconds.
I'm surprised the 800 is still in use to be honest. Even though it is, and still is, the most gorgeous phone ever made imo
