That would be kind of hard, AT&T stores normally have a couple for the global 820. My advice is to hound every T-mobile store and see if they can order it. Even their website does not show the back shell...

Woo Hoo!!

Found a store that has several. They have 4 Cyan, and 2 Black left.

And, no... They can't ship from the store. But if you are in Tempe, AZ the Arizona Mills store has them. $29.99 each.

I just noticed this, but the phone doesn't "rattle" anymore with the charging shell on. Nice.

Now I'm waiting for the charging plate to arrive.

You're right. It is slightly thicker but no more rattle and it feels somewhat more solid. Now that I have a cyan cover everyone ask me about my phone, almost nonstop. Its kind of nice to stand out from the swarm of androids and iPhones. :)

Anyone been able to find a wireless charging shell in Southern California?

I have searched all over the internet and called at least 20 T-mobile stores and no one has it.

If you want to "make one": get a Verizon 822 charging shell (readily available), then remove the insides (see the instructions and photos in this forum), and place the parts inside of your 810 case. It's what I'm running, took about 10 minutes, and works perfectly.

Thanks for the tip. I will give this a shot.

As for making your own wireless shell, I figured out why the official ones are a bit thicker. They put insulation foam between the coil and the battery.

Wireless charging things get warm, heat kills batteries.

Thanks to this forum, I was able to get Wireless Shell for Lumia 810 from T-Mobile corporate store. I recently switched from Android to WP and am loving the new OS.
