Lumia Storage Check Error

I got this error when I opened the Lumia Storage Check

"Something went wrong with the last run
Old summary file was not found.
Existence of summary file not recorded.
Summary file size not recorded."

And when I click ok another error message:
"Service not available
System could not retrieve storage information."

Anyone experience this?

I am running the 1308 firmware.

Is this the Lumia storage check beta app that sits in the app list? If so, try running the storage check in settings first. If that doesn't help you could try un-installing then reinstalling the Lumia storage app

me too having same prob :/
my firmware is 1308.003


downloaded the updates version also today then also same prob :/

Actually my firmware is 1242 not 1308. Still having the problem.

You need to be on the 1308 firmware for the Lumia Storage Check app to work.
