Tap+Send

I was trying this out for the first time and it's not working at all. We have a 920 and a 820 in the house tried a few different ways to use it and not working at all. I have tried it with the bluetooth on and a seperate time the bluetooth connected and paired and still nothing works. I am trying to send a small picture turned on the tap+send and everything it asked me to on the phone still cant do it no accept notification or anything. Wondering what to do?

Tap+send is done via NFC, but the devices are paired via Bluetooth.

Make sure tap+send is turned on on both devices. (That turned out worse than I expected it to be)

I had same with my 820 and 810. Couldnt get it working so far.

The 820 NFC is at the top which is a really good place for NFC antennas, while most phones usually have it at the center, which is cumbersome because you have to change how you hold the phone.

When I tap&send from my 820 to my wifes 920, I need to tap near the center of her 920. bluetooth needs to be on and tap&send needs to be on.

Has anyone been Able to tap&send to an android phone. If so how. Haven't been able to use on my l928 and wife's gs3.
