Flashing AT&T RM-824

Hello,
I have at&t lumia 820, unlocked, with RM-824, is it possible to flash RM-825 ROM into it?
If not, can I flash any RM-824 ROM into it?
Or only 059M0F3, which what I have on my phone?
There are few RM-824 ROMs available

My problem with the at&t rom is that it dosn't have Hebrew in it, and that it's stuck on 4G even though there is no 4G network in Israel, only 3G.

Which ROM includes Hebrew?

If I flash a non at&t ROM into it, will it cause problems whit the fact that the phone is unlocked, will the flashing lock it?

I'm not so sure that any of those RM-824 firmwares will include the Hebrew language because all of them are intended for North America or Latin America. I'm also not so sure that attempting to flash a firmware intended for a RM-825 Lumia 820 would be a good idea as there is a slight difference in hardware between the RM-824 and the RM-825 (LTE frequencies). Having said that, it may just mean that LTE won't work if you flash a RM-825 ROM, but everything else does.

I can't confirm this at the moment but I thought that the Nokia Care Suite enabled the installation of additional language packs, but I might be wrong on this.

Does 059R4Q6 RM-824 lta lta1 GLOBAL Swap gives me the ability to go 3G instead of 4G?

I was trying to flash a RM-825 firmware to my AT&T RM-824 a couple weeks ago and couldn't get it to work. Hopefully someone could post the steps on here that has done it successfully. I don't care much for LTE because I'm using my 820 on Straight Talk.

Are GDR2 firmware files available for the RM-824 yet? I want to flash mine, but all I can see are files for the RM-825. Can I flash those? Or do I need to wait for the proper ones.

Just tried to flash my AT&T Lumia 820 with the firmware 'RM-825 VAR EU PL CV 3047.0000.1328.3002 (Product code: 059R081) from the latest firmware 1314.0001 ATT and it's a no go. I'm getting the FFU error after putting phone into recovery mode.

Looking to do a flash of an unlocked ATT 820 to enable tethering. Like the OP I wonder if I there is a way to put a RM-825 rom onto a RM-824.
Or even this rom: 059R4Q6 RM-824 lta lta1 GLOBAL Swap

Can I assume that this is a global unlocked RM-824 ROM?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Anybody having any joy with this , I have tried both rm-824 and rm-825 roms , has AT&T locked out the bootloader?
