Windows Phone 820 freezes on boot up screen

Recently my Windows Phone 820 has been freezing to the receiving call screen even when i already talked with the person so i took out the battery and put it back in, hoping it would work again. It showed the normal Nokia logo over the black background then it continued to the AT&T symbol screen. Then it stayed on the screen for 5 min. then 10. And now it stays on that screen and doesnt want to start up. ive tried plugging it in, taking out the battery, and doing the volume button, power button combo but still no progress. Is there a way to make it to work again, even if it means a hard reset?:crying:

take your phone to nokia care..maybe they can help you reflash the rom
