Not able to copy *.mkv, *.avi files from sd card to phone memory.. Anyone facing this problem??

What version of the OS are you on?

What method are you trying? Are you trying to copy them from within the phone, or is your phone connected via USB to your PC?

WP8.1 is the OS.
I'm trying via files app of microsoft...
I've also tried other file manger also...
Bt not able to transfer...

That's not allowed/possible yet. You cannot transfer files from SD to phone, or vice-versa using apps within the phone. There is no option for that (non that i know of at least).

To do that, you have to connect your phone to your PC via USB and do it the usual way.
