why all of a sudden my lumia 820 switch off and start showing a sad emoji?
it started on 21/11/2015 night, it got switched off even after having 75% battery and after that whenever i try switching it on or doing the hard reset it shows the sad emoji. The worst part is my phone doesn't connect to any laptop or desktop, it says USB device not recognized as it malfunctioned the last time it tried to connect". I tried to update USB drive in the device manager but it says it is up-to-date. Please help me.
