Can I update by Comp+USB?

It probably is way too nooby question but bear with me
Is there any chance to update to GDR2 and Amber by computer and usb cable? Without wifi that is.
If yes, could you provide step by step instructions? I'd appreciate that.

Lumia 822 and Win XP sp3 here.

Yes its possible using the Nokia care suite, however by doing so you are wiping all data from the phone and in addition to that you run the risk of bricking the device. I would recommend you wait for it to be rolled out to your region by your carrier.

I'm in Georgia, Eastern Europe. Lumia 822 is unlocked and works like a charm. Displays that update is ready to be downloaded.
So it is already rolled out for me.
Any link to updating it using NCS? The more comprehensive the better.
