Incoming SMS issue on Verizon lumia 822

After latest amber update i found that i am not able to receive incoming SMS
i was so excited about this update that i forgot to check out about my incoming sms,
usually i received very few sms , that are mostly from banks.

today i certainly felt that why there are no incoming sms ,

so tried web to mobile, self send messages but non of them were
received on my lumia 822


my request to Verizon's developers please resolve this issue as soon as you can

Have you contacted Verizon? Perhaps they can do some troubleshooting on their end.

no sir, i haven't .
i am from india and on vodafone network.
i have checked with my operator about the issue , from there end there is no problem
so i changed my instrument to check and incoming sms were received.

i request you sir please help to rectify the issue

so i have done it now i am able to receive incoming sms
